30-day returns

If you're not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

How to start a return

Email princeb9k@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered, in which case we'll cover it.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped can't be cancelled but can be returned under this policy.
